Updates for 2023: New dune walkway with built-in bench and steps, four new polywood Adirondack chairs in pool area (replaces brown loungers), and two new stainless steel GE dishwashers in kitchen, and a new stainless steel Master gas grill from Wilmington Grill (the Master grill is the largest and strongest Wilmington Grill made, 42” wide with 3 burners).

Updates for 2022: A major renovation of the outdoor space, including a new, larger saltwater pool (34×20) with tanning ledge, pool and pool deck lighting, new hot tub, two new outdoor showers, cornhole boards added to the outdoor area. New sleepsofa in top floor lounge/office and a new sectional sofa in the ground floor theater room.

Pool: Heated with propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell’s Point. Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway.
